Terms of Use
The TFCI Church Portal is provided to True Faith Church International ("the church") by Cledge Solutions. These terms apply to everyone who signs in. By using the portal you agree to them.
1. Who may use the portal
Only people the church has given an account to, for the church's work. Accounts are personal: do not share your password.
2. Your responsibilities
- Keep member information confidential and use it only for the church's pastoral and administrative purposes.
- Record information accurately, and only what the church needs.
- Do not try to reach information outside your role, test the system's security, or interfere with its operation.
- Tell the church's administrators straight away if you think your account has been misused.
3. Member information
The church owns the information recorded in the portal and decides how it is used; Cledge Solutions processes it on the church's behalf. See the Privacy Policy.
4. Fees and payment
The church pays Cledge Solutions for the portal against invoices, in advance unless agreed otherwise. All prices and fees are exclusive of tax. Applicable taxes (for example VAT) are charged in addition at the rate in force on the invoice date and itemised on the invoice and receipt. The church pays its own bank and transfer charges.
5. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the portal available and secure, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. We may improve or change features; we will not reduce the protection of member information.
6. Suspension
The church's administrators may suspend or remove accounts. We may suspend access to protect the portal or its users.
7. Liability
The portal is provided for the church's internal use. To the extent the law allows, Cledge Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any rights you have under data-protection or consumer law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, without affecting any mandatory protection given by the law of the country where you live.
